Refund policy
- First payment: a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked.
- Cancel anytime: your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and it will not renew.
- Unused credit packs: a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
1. Your first payment
If Comment Downloader is not right for you, email support@commentdownloader.com within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we refund it in full. This applies to monthly, quarterly and yearly plans.
2. Renewals
Plans renew automatically until you cancel. If a renewal charged you by mistake (for example, you meant to cancel), write to us within 7 days of the renewal and we refund it, as long as the credits of the new period have not been used.
3. Credit packs
Credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of the pack's credits were used. Partly used packs are not refunded.
4. How to ask
Email support@commentdownloader.com from the address you sign in with, and tell us which payment. We answer within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Your legal rights
This policy adds to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
6. Who processes payments
Payments may be processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, which also handles refunds and sales tax. Its name appears on your receipt and card statement.
